Our No Hassle, Easy 30-Day Return Policy: If, for any reason, you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 30 days of purchase   if it remains in like-new condition. Here are the details:

Summary:

  • 30-day return window from date of purchase for most products.
  • All products in new unused condition can be returned.
  • Cloth accessories and add-ons, such as towels and pads, become non-returnable after use.
  • Machines with vacuum extraction machines have a special return policy.

Steps to Initiate a Return:

1.  Complete our returns form located at the bottom of this page to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

2.  We'll promptly get back to you with detailed instructions for shipping and the appropriate address for your return.

3.  Upon receiving your package, we'll inspect the contents. If satisfactory, a refund will be processed to the credit card used for the original purchase.

1  Standard Return:

                      All items are returnable if in new condition.

                      Return requests should be initiated within 30 days of purchase.

                      A restocking fee of 15% applies for expenses covered by us.

                      Original "Free shipping" costs will be deducted if the product is returned.

                      Returns must include original packaging, instructions, paperwork, and accessories.

                      Items returned in less than "like new" condition may incur additional charges or refused if not in "like new" condition.

2  Vacuum Extraction:

                      Standard return cost if unused. 20% if vacuum used lightly.

                      Non-returnable after the vacuum function has been used to clean a dirty surface due to sanitation concerns. Exceptions can be made, but the cost can be higher, and it depends heavily on the type of dirt/debris sucked through the machine.

3  Defective Products:

                      We will cover all costs to either repair or replace the item within 30 days of delivery, if found to be defective.

Other Important Notes:

  • Damage in Shipping: Leave the product packaged exactly as it was delivered to you and report the shipping damages to us within 5 days so we can file appropriate claims.
  • Undelivered Packages: Items returned to sender after 3 UPS delivery attempts will incur re-delivery costs. Ensure you're available for delivery.
  • Refunds: Allow up to 14 days after delivery of your return to our warehouse for the refund to be processed and posted to your account.
  • Expedited Shipping Refunds: We guarantee to ship your product on time. If delivery is delayed by UPS, we can only refund your cost if UPS agrees to refund. Please contact UPS with any issues regarding this.
  • Cancellations and Delivery Refusals: Cancellation after processing will be subject to a 5% fee. Shipping costs will be charged.
  • Upgrades: The restocking fee is reduced. Terms vary depending on circumstances. Contact us for more info.
