Warranty and
Returns
We feel it extremely
important for not only the consumer to understand his/her rights and
responsibilities after your purchase, but to also understand our
obligations and responsibilities to you as a retailer.
We will not mislead or confuse our buyers with promises or policies
that "if it sounds to good to be true, it probably is".
We encourage you to check all companies policies
before making purchases to reduce possible misunderstandings after your
purchase.
Product Return & Warranty Information
Product Returns
If for whatever reason you are not satisfied with your purchase you may
return your product within 30 days of purchase of your product*
see exceptions. It is recommended that you call 1-800-758-3141 and speak
with Customer Service before deciding to return or exchange your
purchase.
If your product is defective within 30 days of
purchase, all ground shipping costs will be paid and we will replace or
repair your product if it is determined to be defective.
If
you wish to return your purchase, we will be happy to accept your
returnable item.
All returns will carry a restock fee of 15% for
expenses incurred by retailer and original outbound shipping. Items that
receive "free shipping" applies only if you keep the product. All
returns must be in "like new" condition, in original packaging, with
instructions, paperwork and accessories. Product or accessories returned
in less than reasonable new condition may be assessed and subject to
additional charges.
The retailer reserves the right to refuse damaged or heavily used
equipment with documentation.
*Certain products are
not returnable, including filtration or extraction systems due to the
inability to confirm the environment to which the product was used. We
ensure new, direct from factory, sanitary products only.
This includes the Gaia and Desiderio's, Any fabric towels
and/or pads.
Please contact customer service if you have any
questions prior to the purchase of these products to ensure the proper
purchasing decision.
Damage in Shipping
Products arriving with damage in shipping, must be reported to the
shipper (retailer) within 3 days of receipt to file
appropriate claims with the transporter.
Return
Instructions:
No returns will be accepted without our Return
Authorization Number.
Please email your request and reason for return to:

to request a Return Authorization Number and we will
contact you with authorization.
Once we have received your package we will inspect the
contents. Providing the product is in "like new"
condition we will refund the appropriate amount to the
credit card used for your original purchase or make the
proper assessments to ensure proper credit. Please allow
7 days after receipt for credit to post.
No consideration of
return/refund will be accepted regardless of circumstance after 30 days
of purchase. Repair or replacement according the Manufacturers Warranty
is the sole remedy.
Any item shipped can not be
refused or returned for credit once in transit. If delivery is refused,
charges will be incurred by the purchaser. Orders cancelled after
processing (not yet shipped) will be subject to a 5% fee to recover
credit card fees charged to our company.
If the product has shipped it will be treated as a return item and
standard charges will apply.
Return Notes
All returns must be pre-approved by applying for an RMA number (Return
Merchandise Authorization). Any products returned without a valid RMA
will be refused and returned to shipper. RMA is valid 15 days from
receipt for the purchaser to return their product.
Consumer must contact us for proper instructions for return. The
manufacturer/retailer advises the purchaser to insure the shipment
against possible loss or damage in transit. The manufacturer will not be
responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.
Product Warranty
Information
- The factory warrants to the
original purchaser that this product, excluding accessories and
normal wear parts are warranted against original defects in material and
workmanship in accordance with the operating Instructions under
normal and reasonable use for a period of one year from date of
purchase. This warranty is not transferable.
- For this warranty to apply, the
owner and/or user must follow the instructions provided herein,
with the product. The proof of purchase must be submitted with
the product for warranty to apply. The product returned to the
manufacturer/retailer is to be shipped prepaid (see exceptions)
in a protective carton. The manufacturer advises the purchaser
to insure the shipment against possible loss or damage in
transit. The manufacturer will not be responsible for items lost
or damaged in transit. Purchaser must contact retailer
prior to shipping product for repair to receive proper
instructions and authorization.
- This Warranty is Void if:
product is damaged due directly or indirectly to misuse, abuse,
negligence, accidentals, disassembly, repair or alteration
outside a certified service center, lack of maintenance, or used
not in accordance in the owners manual.

The sole and exclusive remedy under this warranty is repair or
replacement at the Manufacturer's option,
of any product that proves to be defective in manufacture
or materials within above stated period.
- This Warranty is void if
residential/home equipment is used in commercial use.
- This Warranty is Void if:
Product has been operated with substances other than city water,
non softened water*, bottled or distilled water. Any substance
introduced into the boiler other than acceptable stated waters
will void warranty. *Softened water / well water are not
acceptable waters.
- The manufacturer or it's
representatives is not liable for any consequential or
incidental damages (including personal injury, property damage
or monetary loss) that may be incurred from purchase, use, or
inability/improper use of the product. Maximum liability shall
not exceed the purchase price of the product paid by the
original purchaser.
- Lifetime boiler warranty, "part
only", applies on purchases made after 10/01/05. Effective
5/23/08 Heating Elements are included with the lifetime boiler
warranty.
- Ground shipping will be paid
for qualified warranty service on shipping only to the 48
continental US states for 1 year of date of purchase from
www.myvaporclean.com.
- The extended warranty only
applies to retail purchases.
- Ebay purchases or any item not
purchased at full retail price unless otherwise noted, receive
the 1 year parts and labor mfg. warranty only as described
above. Extended boiler/heating element and ground shipping does
not apply as declared at time of sale.
- Some states do not allow the
exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages.
All debts incurred by services rendered by implied
contract or product purchases by agreement to the terms and
policies put forth by Puregreen International LLC., at the
directors discretion may be turned over to a third party agency
for collection. Additional fees will be applied for processing
such claims.
