healthy families for Florida's children.
Every day, CHS works to develop, restore and
strengthen families. We help loving people
become parents through our adoption and foster
care programs. We enable families to stay
together through our child abuse prevention
programs.

Ark of Hope For Children, Inc.
The Ark of
Hope For Children, Inc. will provide stable
homes for children who have fallen prey to
physical abuse, sexual abuse and severe neglect.
We will meet every child's needs in a caring,
loving and nurturing manner. Our goal is to meet
the many special needs of these children by
being Christ-like "lighthouses" to them; guiding
them out of the bondage of past abuse, and into
lives of faith, hope and love

Make A Child Smile Organization
To provide
emotional and financial support to families
whose children suffer from chronic or
life-threatening illnesses and also give those
who visit the MACS site the opportunity to
participate by sending mail to the children.
Featured children are not the only ones who
benefit from the mail. It touches the whole
family! Even the children's young siblings end
up receiving their own mail!
Some kids are too young to really understand
where the cards and gifts are coming from, but
it makes their parents happy to know that
strangers they never met, care about their child
and are sending their love and support.

The Children's Dream Fund was founded in 1981
with the single purpose of fulfilling dreams for
children ages 3-18 who have been diagnosed with
a life-threatening illness.
Referrals are received from seven hospitals on
Florida's west coast. Dreams vary greatly - from
trips to Disney World, meetings with
celebrities, gifts such as computers and
swimming pools and occasional shopping sprees.
Every child deserves hope and a dream!
The true impact of a child's dream cannot be
measured in dollars and cents. Our desire is to
grant every eligible childs dream. There are
many children in our community with
life-threatening illnesses, and the Children's
Dream Fund needs your help to reach them.

BASE Camp Children's Cancer Foundation
BASE Camp provides a year round BASE of mobile
support with fun activities for child patients,
well siblings and children whose parents have
cancer or other life threatening, rare or orphan
blood illnesses. We serve our families from the
moment of diagnosis, through treatment, recovery
and beyond the loss of the patient.

AngelAID: founded in memory of Tashia, our
foster daughter who died 10 years ago of AIDS
from sexual abuse. In her memory we help
children with a life-threatening disease or
situation(homeless, abused, etc.) We are 100%
volunteer/donation based-take no government
money. We have a free clinic, clothing-food- and
medequip bank, thrift store, parties, 40,000
donated Christmas presents - if there is a need-
we find a way to fill it. "God's Hands On Earth
